The Island

After an extensive renovation Lily Beach Resort & Spa was reopened in 2009 as a 5 star Luxury resort, introducing the unique, pioneering concept of “Affordable Luxury” – the first 5 star All-Inclusive Resort in the Maldives.

Transfer

By seaplane, taking around 25 minutes followed by a short dhoni transfer from the floating “airport” to the island.

Resort guests will be met on arrival and departure by the resort Airport Representatives at Male’ International Airport.
The Sea Plane transfers are carried out by Maldivian Air Taxi (MAT), which operates a fleet of more than 22 Twin Otters servicing 44 resorts. Lily Beach Resort & Spa will assist in arranging convenient transfer timings as per the international arrival & departure flights.The VIP Lounge located on MAT Terminal is at the disposal of Lily Beach guests and offers; Snacks, Hot/cold beverages, Wi-Fi Internet, Cable TV & Washroom and shower facilities

Lily beach resort is located on Huvahendhoo island in South-East, Ari Atoll about 50 miles from Male’ International Airport.

The island is approx. 600 meters long and 110 meters wide.

Diving with Ocean Pro

Lily Beach has access to more than 40 exceptional dive sites. The “Ocean Pro” Dive Centre offer theory & practical lessons by a professional European team of experts with knowledge of the best dive sites and wrecks within the vicinity. Everyone is catered for, from beginners to advanced divers, and all courses are conducted to PADI standards. This includes the Bubble-makers course for children 8-11 years.

Kids Club

“Turtles” at Huvahendhoo, offers a variety of kids club programs and facilities for children. A creative and experienced team of professionals are on hand to assist with wide choice of activities – both indoors and outdoors.
The facilities offered include Indoor & Outdoor play areas. The Indoor area is air-conditioned with wooden flooring, oversized day beds, soft couches, a small library, variety of board games, various sizes of stuffed toys, low seating arrangements, an assortment of cartoons/ Children Movies DVDs. The Outdoor area has sandy flooring with tree shades, outdoor play units (Swings, seesaw, local children outdoor games), and bicycles.
Some of the organised activities include a Treasure Hunt, Painting/Drawing, Sandcastle and “Make your own Sandwich”, as well as a guided Island tour.
Baby sitting services are available for additional charge.
Turtles caters for children from 3 to 12 years.

Tamara Spa by Mandara

The over-water spa pavilions are designed to be sanctuaries for the inner self – to refresh and rejuvenate your spirit as well as your physical being.
“Tamara” presents a holistic journey, touching your body, soul and mind and transporting you to a haven of self-reflection and re-discovery.
The Over-water Spa Complex offers Holistic Therapies that reach far beyond the traditional spa experience.

During the Day:

Lily Beach has a fully equipped gymnasium, a full-fledged water sports centre equipped with motorized and non-motorized water sports, an internet café, a flood-lit tennis court, table tennis, darts, carom, billiards/pool, beach volleyball, and a variety of exciting excursions.

All our holidays are bespoke, tailored to your requirements. Because of this we operate a “price on application” system. However, this page will give you an indication of the cost of your holiday.
